One of the hings that amazes me ab...Very true, Lew. One of the hings that amazes me about the current level of partisanship and rancor is that I can't tell where it comes from. Sure, we have our differences, but for the most part they're no different that things that divided us 20 years ago (remember Rodney King, O.J., Timothy McVeigh?) America's not perfect, for sure, but as you point out, we live in a Golden Age compared to the way most humans have lived throughout history.
